Child Forgot Their PIN

If your child forgot their login PIN, you can reset it from your parent account.

How to Reset the PIN

1. Log in to your parent account
2. Go to Parent Dashboard
3. Select the child's profile
4. Click Edit Profile
5. Enter a new 4-digit PIN
6. Save
